Processing times
Many Roll Call Ready products are manufactured or prepared to order. Please allow up to two weeks for processing unless a different timeframe is shown on the product or communicated after purchase.
Shipping and tracking
Shipping services and estimated transit times are selected during checkout. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email used for the order. Carrier transit estimates begin after the order has been processed and accepted by the carrier.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Use the customer-support form as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters fulfillment.

If tracking shows an unusual delay, damage, or delivery issue, contact us with your order number so we can help review the available carrier information.
